We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. No prior experience is required—comprehensive training will be provided. You will assist customers with inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a smooth and positive service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information and resolve basic customer concerns
- Assist with account, billing, and product-related inquiries
- Record and update customer information in the system
- Follow company processes and meet performance targets
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in every interaction
Qualifications:
- HS/SHS graduate (college undergrads are welcome)
- No BPO experience required
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Can work onsite and start as soon as possible
