About the role

Polystar General Services' is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to join our growing team in our Paranaque City, Metro Manila office. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day human resources operations, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and contributing to the development of our people-focused initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the full employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and exit procedures
  • Ensure the implementation and adherence to HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Coordinate and deliver learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify and address workforce planning needs
  • Maintain detailed records and generate reports to track HR metrics and support data-driven decision making
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the Consulting & Generalist HR industry
  • Excellent knowledge of Philippine labour laws and HR best practices
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis
  • Certification in HRMP or CHRP is an advantage
