Job Summary

The HR Generalist will handle the day-to-day HR operations of the company, including recruitment, employee relations, training, benefits administration, and compliance. This role ensures that HR practices support business objectives while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the end-to-end hiring process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, manage conflict resolution, and promote a positive workplace culture.

  • Performance Management: Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems and employee development plans.

  • Training & Development: Coordinate training programs and support employee growth initiatives.

  • Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll, government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and company benefits.

  • HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR reports.

  • Support HR Head in implementing policies, programs, and organizational initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related course.

  • At least 2–3 years of HR experience in a generalist or similar role.

  • Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications; experience in HRIS is an advantage.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Discreet, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.

  • Willing to be assigned in Parañaque office.
