Responsibilities:

  • Processing of vendor and supplier invoices in a timely manner and follow-up and monitoring of Official Receipts
  • Prepares monthly accrual and journal entries, reconcile AP transactions
  • Generation of 2307 forms to be issued to vendors
  • Monthly preparation of expense schedule
  • Preparation of BIR Returns
  • Monitor and update vendors outstanding balance and attend to inquiries to resolve transactions discrepancies

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or related studies.
  • Preferably with 1 year of working experience in the related field but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Must be analytical, keen to details, highly organized and results-oriented
  • With above-average communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office applications
  • Familiarity and/or proficiency in SAP is preferred but not required
