  • Perform daily analysis and monitoring of Accounts Receivable transactions.
  • Prepare, process, and issue invoices or billings in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Record and process BIR 2307 forms or certificates for withholding tax through internal systems.
  • Reconcile bank statements against recorded payments and update AR ledgers accordingly.
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely collection of payments from customers and corporate accounts.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
  • Maintain and update accounting systems and ensure data accuracy in the AR database.
  • Generate and submit AR-related reports, including aging reports, collection summaries, and outstanding balances.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities related to Accounts Receivable.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and relevant accounting and tax regulations.
