Finance & Accounting Assistant

Location: Pasay City

Work Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Open for overtime as needed

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: ₱24,000 – ₱25,000 per month
  • Food allowance
  • Accommodation allowance

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Assistant to join our growing construction team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn, with strong attention to accuracy and deadlines. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and monitor Project Income & Disbursement (PID) reports.
  • Review, check, and correct sales invoices and official receipts.
  • Collect and verify PID documents, including original invoices and supporting papers.
  • Encode monthly expenses and receipts in the Cash Disbursement Book.
  • Prepare and process BIR Form 2307 for suppliers as advised.
  • Draft and submit approval forms for online payments required by Head Office.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and monthly reports.
  • Support payroll preparation and petty cash fund monitoring when needed.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, banks, and other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any accounting-related course (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications; familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work overtime or on weekends when required.
  • Must be patient, proactive, and a fast learner.
