Who are we looking for:

As a Accounting Assistant, you are responsible for providing support to the finance and accounting team in variousaccounting and financial tasks. Maintains accurate financial records, processing transactions, andensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures. Helps in maintaining business registration and handles all compliance and regulatory requirements of local taxing authorities.


• Analyze different company accounts and prepare necessary adjusting journal entries.


• Prepares vouchers and checks.


• Maintains up-to-date billing system.


• Reconciles advances to/ from affiliates.


• Prepares monthly and quarterly VAT schedules for remittance.


• Prepares and submits monthly and quarterly BIR returns and other tax matters.


• Prepares government remittances.


• Performs other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
