.Job description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Preparation/processing of Payment vouchers
  • Reconciliation of accounts payable
  • GL reconciliations & preparation of schedules of prepayments, general accruals, etc.
  • Corresponding with vendors on a timely basis on issues relating to payments
  • Maintaining records and filing systems.
  • Validates company disbursements and monitor payment release.
  • Handling Petty cash fund.
  • Preparation/processing of withholding tax return
  • Other tasks that may be assigned by immediate supervisor or department head.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) in Accountancy or equivalent in Accounting
  • At least 2-3 years relevant experience in General Accounting
  • With strong Accounting Background.
  • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to details.
  • Average to above average oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php24,000.00 per month
