About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting and Admin Assistant to join our talented team in Pasay City, Metro Manila. This full-time position is critical to supporting our finance and administrative functions, and will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our company.
What you'll be doing
- Providing comprehensive administrative and accounting support, including data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliations
- Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and other key documents
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to address queries and resolve issues
- Providing general office support, such as answering phones, filing, and managing stationery supplies
- Supporting the implementation of policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar accounting or administrative role, preferably within the Accounting industry
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate financial records
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and external partners
- Proficiency in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and other relevant office tools
- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
