Compliance Manager

Key responsibilities:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Compliance Manager located in Makati City. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all company operations and procedures comply with legal regulations and internal policies. Key tasks include developing and implementing an effective compliance program, reviewing company policies, monitoring company adherence to regulatory guidelines, and providing guidance on compliance matters to management and staff.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in Regulatory Compliance and Policy Implementation
  • Experience in Risk Management, Audits, and Investigations
  • Excellent Understanding of Legal Regulations and Ethical Guidelines
  • Strong Critical Thinking, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making skills
  • Effective Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field; relevant certification such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) is a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance management or a related role
  • Willing to be assign at Makati City.
  • Knowlegable on handling Credit Company or Lending Company
