Position Title: Property Compliance Manager

Job Description

The Property Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing all property-related documentation and ensuring full compliance with government regulatory requirements. This role manages land titling processes, tax declarations, permits, real property taxes, and maintains complete and updated records for all PJ Lhuillier properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the processing of land title transfers, consolidation, annotation, and regularization
  • Ensure timely updating of Tax Declarations and Real Property Tax records
  • Handle building permits, occupancy permits, and related regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with BIR, Registry of Deeds, Assessor's Office, DENR, DAR, and LGUs
  • Maintain organized physical and digital property records
  • Prepare compliance reports and coordinate with Legal, Operations, Finance, and other departments
  • Supervise Compliance Officers and documentation staff
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Management, Public Admin, Real Estate Management, or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate documentation or property compliance
  • Strong background in land titling, tax declaration processing, and regulatory requirements
  • Familiarity with government agency transactions (BIR, ROD, Assessor's Office, DENR, DAR, LGUs)
  • Experience in property management or real estate operations is preferred
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple compliance accounts
