About the Role:

As a CBRE Compliance Manager, you will lead and manage all aspects of statutory and regulatory compliance related to contractual staffing in the private sector. This role requires hands-on-experience with DOLE guidelines, wage and labor laws, audits, and daily compliance operations including payroll, attendance, terminations, and background verifications.

What You'll Do:

  • Statutory Compliance: Handle SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, wage laws, and employment standards.
  • Audit & Risk: Conduct internal audits, support external inspections, and manage risk mitigation.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee onboarding, background checks, payroll and terminations.
  • Policy Management: Draft and update policies; maintain compliance documentation.
  • Reporting: Submit reports to management and government agencies.
  • Employee Support: Address queries related to benefits and statutory contributions.
  • Training: Educate staff and operations teams on compliance protocols.
  • Monitoring: Stay updated on labor law changes and communicate updates.
