Email Marketing Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute (end to end) cross-channel marketing campaigns - Content development, target identification, segmentation, testing, and final launch.
  • Regularly analyze and make recommendations on campaign performance; continuously seek ways to improve.
  • In depth analysis of campaign reporting - assessing KPIs such as open rate, unsubscribe rate, revenue, CPM, ePC
  • Hand-code HTML/CSS for responsive email design (light)
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML code, data segmentation, responsive layout on various email platforms
  • Research different ESPs (email service providers) and test them for deliverability
  • Make recommendations and give advice for further targeting possibilities

    Set up multiformat, multivariable mailings using in-house tools

  • Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing analytics

  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end email campaigns

  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email development

  • Experience with email service providers (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, SendGrid)

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting and KPI analysis

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics, or similar)

  • Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimisation techniques
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer segmentation
