An agri technician, or agricultural technician/ Marketing Staff responsibilities is involve collecting and analyzing samples, operating and maintaining equipment, recording data, and preparing reports. The work can be a mix of laboratory, field, and office tasks, with duties varying depending on the specialization, such as crop improvement, animal breeding, or food safety testing.

He/ she also supports agricultural science and operations by managing and monitoring crops and livestock, conducting experiments, maintaining equipment, and ensuring efficient and sustainable practices

Keep detailed records of experiments and production performance, analyze results, and help compile reports.

Assist in developing marketing plans and strategies to achieve business goals.

Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, target audiences, and opportunities.

Implement and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and email.

Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using data and metrics, and provide reports.

Help manage marketing budgets and ensure campaigns are within the allocated spend

Work with internal teams (e.g., sales, design) and external team (freelance agents, Senior Freelance Agents or vendors to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals.
