We're Hiring: Digital Marketing Head

We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Head who can lead our brand's online presence with creativity and strategy. This role combines leadership, design, content creation, and digital strategy to help our company grow and stand out in the digital space.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to strengthen our brand presence and drive growth.
  • Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of creatives, writers, and digital specialists.
  • Oversee content creation across platforms (social media, website, email, ads) ensuring consistent messaging and impactful design.
  • Create and review marketing materials—both written and visual—to ensure quality and alignment with brand voice.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Stay updated with digital trends and recommend innovative approaches.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong skills in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar) and content writing.
  • Excellent understanding of SEO, social media platforms, and digital advertising.
  • Ability to balance creative execution with data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
