About the Role:

We're seeking a talented Email Marketing Specialist who can craft compelling campaigns that drive conversions. The ideal candidate will blend creativity with analytics — writing engaging copy while monitoring performance metrics to ensure every send delivers results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns for multiple clients.
  • Write persuasive, brand-aligned copy for newsletters, promotions, and drip

sequences.

  • Manage subscriber lists, segmentation, and A/B testing.
  • Analyze email performance and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1–2 years of email marketing or digital marketing experience.
  • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or Constant

  • Excellent attention to detail and time management.

Preferred:

  • Experience in B2B or service-based marketing.
