About the role

We are looking for a data-driven, creative, and highly organized Email Marketing Analyst to join our growing Business-to-Consumer (B2C) marketing team. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, technical proficiency, and marketing intuition to help execute and optimize email campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in B2C Email Marketing:

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience creating, executing, and analyzing email campaigns for consumer audiences.

  • Familiarity with customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and personalization strategies.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in major ESPs (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable).

  • Comfortable with HTML/CSS for email templates.
  • Understanding of CAN-SPAM and GDPR compliance.

  • Analytical & Reporting Abilities:

  • Strong command of email metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, deliverability, etc.).

  • Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with tools like Google Analytics or Looker is a plus.
