Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support both our General Administration and Marketing departments. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, assist with marketing activities, coordinate internal and external communications, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

General Administration

  • Handle daily office operations, including scheduling, documentation, filing, and communication management.
  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and maintenance requests.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Support HR in onboarding, attendance tracking, and maintaining employee records.
  • Manage travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for staff.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communication materials.

Marketing Support

  • Coordinate with the marketing team on budget requests for campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
  • Assist in managing social media pages, posting content, and tracking engagement.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and proposals.
  • Help manage CRM systems and maintain customer databases.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners for marketing-related tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in admin or marketing support roles preferred.
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools like Canva.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and social media platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills.
