About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our dynamic team at Tritium Marketing. This full-time role is based in our Quezon City, Metro Manila office and will play a crucial part in supporting our operations

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing general office support as needed, such as answering phone calls and managing office supplies
  2. Managing a tracker to coordinate the flow of information and items internally
  3. Procurement of supply by ordering from our partner suppliers and ensuring delivery to our facility

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills through inter office coordination
  3. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  4. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
