About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our dynamic team at Tritium Marketing. This full-time role is based in our Quezon City, Metro Manila office and will play a crucial part in supporting our operations
What you'll be doing
- Providing general office support as needed, such as answering phone calls and managing office supplies
- Managing a tracker to coordinate the flow of information and items internally
- Procurement of supply by ordering from our partner suppliers and ensuring delivery to our facility
What we're looking for
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills through inter office coordination
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
