Akari Lighting and Technology Corporation is seeking an experienced CCTV Operator to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a full-time CCTV Operator, you will play a vital role in monitoring and maintaining the security of our client sites through effective surveillance and prompt response to any incidents.

What you'll be doing:

  • Continuously monitor CCTV cameras and security systems to identify and respond to any suspicious activities or potential security breaches

  • Coordinate with on-site security personnel and report any incidents or concerns to the appropriate authorities in a timely manner

  • Maintain detailed logs and records of all security-related activities and events

  • Assist in the review and analysis of CCTV footage to support investigations or provide evidence as needed

  • Proactively identify areas for improvement in security procedures and make recommendations to management

  • Ensure the proper functioning of all CCTV and security equipment, and report any technical issues for prompt resolution

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a CCTV Operator or in a similar security-related role

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations

  • Proficiency in operating CCTV systems, security monitoring equipment, and related software

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with on-site personnel and emergency services

  • Familiarity with relevant security protocols and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations

  • Ability to work in a shift-based environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php25,000.00 per month
