Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess potential risks affecting studio operations, reputation, and financial stability.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies tailored to the studio environment.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection, privacy regulations, and risk management standards.
  • Coordinate with on-site security personnel and law enforcement as necessary.
  • Prepare detailed incident and risk management reports for management review.
  • Maintain records of insurance policies, claims, and risk management activities.
  • Provide training and support to studio staff on CCTV operations, risk awareness, and management practices.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors for thorough risk evaluations.
  • Develop contingency plans to mitigate potential risks and manage crises.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a security role, preferably with CCTV monitoring or risk management responsibilities.
  • Strong observational skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond quickly to emergencies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of CCTV systems, security protocols, and risk assessment techniques.
  • Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and collaborate with security and risk management personnel.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
