  • Monitors, operates, or coordinates and assists others in the operation of computer hardware, software, and peripherals to achieve desired results.
  • Utilizes computer equipment, software, and diagnostic tools to perform a broad range of customer assistance, production job processing, and equipment maintenance and repair, and computer operations assignments.
  • Provides basic troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance for computer equipment, hardware, peripherals, and CCTV and may assist with testing personal computers and peripherals on a network to diagnose hardware and software problems.
  • Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action procedures within prescribed guidelines and/or escalates to other technical resources as appropriate
  • Install, setup, configure, and maintain desktop computers and on-premise servers, software, peripherals, CCTV, and accounts assigning security level.
  • Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
  • Provide help-desk and technical support on network, hardware and software problems.
  • Acts as computer liaison for the computing operation, communicating, resolving, and/or initiating the resolution of problems and concerns.
  • Develop and maintain an inventory of all computer equipment and peripherals.
  • Maintains and upgrades systems.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance for on-premise servers, networks, databases, and workstations.
  • Perform other IT-related functions as needed or instructed by superiors.
  • Other duties may be assigned by the Management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php228, Php276,000.00 per year
