About the Role:

As a Store Supervisor at Prowatcher Security Systems, Inc., you will oversee daily store operations with a primary focus on supervising sales activities, verifying task accuracy, and leading a high-performing team. You will be responsible for ensuring all customer interactions reflect the company's commitment to service excellence, while aligning with sales targets and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor the sales team to ensure individual and team targets are met or exceeded.

  • Review the accuracy and quality of team members' work, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Oversee in-store demonstrations of CCTV and security solutions, coordinating with product specialists as needed.

  • Provide hands-on support and coaching to sales staff to ensure effective customer engagement and service delivery.

  • Maintain strong customer relationships, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

  • Track sales performance, generate reports, and collaborate with management on continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Assist in store-level marketing initiatives and coordinate with internal departments to enhance customer experience.

  • Implement and uphold CRM practices, ensuring proper documentation of sales activities and client interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of sales success, preferably in retail, electronics, or security systems.

  • Strong orientation toward customer service and satisfaction.

  • Demonstrated leadership ability and experience in team supervision or management.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with sales-related software tools.

  • Experience with CCTV and security systems is a plus, but not required.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in supervising tasks and documentation.

  • 1-2 years of experience as Sales

Prowatcher Security Systems, Inc. is a distributor company selling CCTV Surveillance, Wireless Antennas, Two-way radios, Biometrics, Hard disk drive, Routers, FDAS/PAVA, Cables.
