CCTV Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor live CCTV feeds to ensure security and safety across all company locations.
• Review and retrieve recorded footage for verification, investigations, and reporting.
• Maintain secure access, proper handling, and organized storage of surveillance data.
• Ensure all CCTV systems and related equipment are functional, updated, and compliant with company protocols.
• Immediately report any equipment issues, system failures, or suspicious activities.
• Coordinate with security staff regarding incidents observed through cameras.
• Provide relevant footage, snapshots, or documentation needed for incident reports.
• Follow established CCTV monitoring protocols and data privacy guidelines.

Qualifications:

• At least a High School Graduate, Vocational, or College Level (Criminology, IT, or related fields preferred but not required).
• Experience as a CCTV Operator or related security monitoring role is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of security protocols, incident documentation, and surveillance operations.
• Ability to operate CCTV systems, surveillance software, and basic computer applications.
• Strong attention to detail, situational awareness, and ability to detect unusual or suspicious activity.
• Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with security personnel.
• Trustworthy, highly discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays, or weekends as needed.

Pay: From Php19,000.00 per month
