Join Our Finance Team
PetsTEK is a US-based e-commerce company that sells pet training supplies online. We're looking for an Accounting Staff member from the Philippines who is detail-oriented and familiar with bookkeeping and e-commerce operations. You'll help us track inventory, generate monthly reports, and maintain financial accuracy across all channels.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly profitability reports for Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and eBay

• Handle inventory reporting and reconciliation across all platforms

• Perform bookkeeping tasks

• Assist with sales tax and local tax preparation

• Maintain organized digital financial records in Xero and/or other tools

• Generate ad hoc reports and assist in month-end closing

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience

• Experience with Xero, QuickBooks, or similar tools

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or Amazon (required)

• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills

• Excellent attention to detail and time management

• Strong communication and organizational skills
