Job Description Key Responsibilities
  • Performdaily reconciliationsof bank and ledger accounts
  • Executedata entry,journal entries, andinvoice generation
  • Support themonth-end and year-end closingprocess
  • Contribute to thepreparation of internal financial reports and statements(preferred, not required)
  • Manageinvoicing tasks and internal follow-ups
  • UtilizeMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Business Centralfor all core accounting functions
  • Work withMicrosoft Excelto manage data and support reporting tasks
  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholdersthis is anon-client facingrole
Qualifications
  • Solid experience usingBusiness Central(non-negotiable)
  • Strong background inreconciliations, invoicing, andjournal entries
  • Self-starter who can work withminimal training and supervision
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Comfortable working in aremote team environment
  • Available tostart immediately
Preferred but Not Required
  • Familiarity with other systems (e.g., zero, MYOB)
  • Competence in usingExcel macros,Power BI, or automating reporting tasks
  • Experience withBAS/IAS submissions,ATO compliance, orsuperannuation(not required at this stage but may become part of the role)
  • Analytical mindset with ability toflag discrepanciesand support cash flow management
Reporting & Collaboration
  • Reports to theAccount Managerand another internal team leader
  • Collaborates with an internal team onlyno direct interaction with clients or external auditors
