Flybar is currently looking for remote support in a Staff Accountant

Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Ensures accounts payable invoices they are assigned to the correct property and general ledger account.
Prepares accounts payable checks from multiple checking accounts ensuring proper invoice approvals and allocations have been made.
Maintain accounts payable and banking files ensuring that records are filed accurately and regularly.
Reconciling all Cash accounts daily.
Reconciliation of Credit card statements and posting.
Ensures inter-company transactions are properly recorded and balance to each other.
Conduct periodic reconciliations of key accounts to ensure accuracy.
Maintains company vendor files, including W-9 forms.
Accurately and timely prepares 1099 and 1096 forms for all Upgrade to see actual infolculates variances from the budget and reports significant issues to management.
Assists management in month-end and year-end closes.
Reconciling all Cash accounts daily.

Qualifications and Skills:
Demonstrates excellent financial and quantitative Upgrade to see actual infomunicates effectively and has good fiscal presentation skills.
Works independently using project management skills.
Builds strong working relationships and demonstrates some leadership skills.
Learns quickly and has strong problem-solving and critical thinking Upgrade to see actual infocation and Experience Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or a related major or equivalent professional experience is required.
Must have at least 3-5 years experience
