Finance and Administration Officer

Are you self-motivated, extremely detail oriented, very skilled in online / cloud tools, and a great communicator?
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including billing, collections, disbursements, and coordination with external accountants / bookkeepers
- Minimum 5+ years of finance/accounting experience required to effectively manage day-to-day operations
- Review and reconcile accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions to ensure completeness and accuracy before posting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software required for AP and AR reconciliation processes
- Load and prepare bank payments, ensuring appropriate approvals and documentation prior to release.
- Verify and monitor monthly tax filings prepared by the external accounting team, including VAT, withholding taxes, and income tax returns.
- Ensure BIR and LGU compliance, assisting in the preparation and renewal of registrations, permits, and licenses.
- Essential knowledge of Philippine tax regulations (BIR/LGU) required for compliance responsibilities
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of all financial and compliance-related records for audit and reference.
- Assist with payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of salaries and statutory benefits.
- Prepare internal financial summaries and reconciliations for management review.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, and government agencies as needed to support compliance and operational needs.
- Monitor company expenses and support budget tracking, ensuring adherence to financial policies and spending controls.
- Provide administrative and finance-related support to management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operational compliance.
- Bachelor's degree required for this position
