The Position:

We are on the lookout for full-time Highly Experienced Client Service Administrators (CSAs), to serve as the backbone of support for our valued Financial Advisors and Client Service Managers based throughout Australia.

Based in Manila, the primary responsibility of the CSA role is to complete administrative tasks efficiently, with a specific focus on tasks allocated through Xplan, our financial planning software.

Reporting to the Team Leader, who is also situated in Manila, the CSA will play a crucial part in the growth of our newly established Manila office. Ready to handle occasional ad hoc tasks as needed, this position is vital to ensuring we can serve our clients seamlessly. We're on the lookout for individuals who radiate positivity and are enthusiastic about laying the groundwork for our new office's success.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with our Australian based Financial Advisors and Client Service Managers (CSMs) to deliver administration services such as:

  • Updating client records accurately in Xplan
  • Document preparation including client review packs and Fee Consent forms
  • Third party research
  • Establishing Entities in Xplan. i.e. SMSF, Companies and Trusts
  • Completing and processing Advice Documents and implementation of advice strategies
  • Completing File Hygiene quality checks on file post implementation

Additional role responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage task allocation within Xplan and ensure prompt completion of open tasks.
  • Respond promptly to requests and queries received from our valued Advisors and/or CSMs.
  • Ensure all files, correspondence and other documentation are saved in an organised manner in Xplan.
  • Comply with the Company compliance standards and policies relevant to financial services in Australia.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Min 3 years' experience supporting and AU Financial Planning practice with a proven track record in completing end to end advice solutions.
  • Experience with Xplan is essential.
  • AU Life Insurance experience covering Life / TPD / IP and Trauma is highly regarded.
  • Knowledge of Australian Investment Platforms Panorama/ HUB 24/ Netwealth / Macquarie etc.
  • Knowledge on SMSF. Companies and Trusts are highly regarded.
  • Knowledge of Wealth Solver / Risk Researcher are highly regarded
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Enjoys working in a positive team environment.
  • Relevant Business degree in Commerce / Finance and Accounting is highly regarded.
