About the Role
The Property Administrator (Accounts Receivable) plays a key role in managing tenant billing, lease data, and receivables to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
This role supports our Australian property client portfolio and contributes to maintaining data integrity, accurate invoicing, and minimal aged debtor balances.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage tenant billing for rent roll (monthly and revised)
- Perform lease data updates in the property management system, including contact and bank guarantee information
- Handle receipting and allocation of payments (EFT and cheques) in accordance with company procedures
- Prepare tenant reconciliations to assist with debt collection
- Process corporate recharges, including payroll and credit card transactions
- Review and process refunds, write-offs, and ad hoc invoices as required
About You
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Management
- Background in BPO or international company preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience supporting Australian accounts or property clients is an advantage
