PURE ONSITE Marketing Administrative Assistant

The Marketing Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Marketing Department. These includes the following:
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
Assist in basic financial tasks, such as processing expense reports and invoices. Verifying accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.
Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and external partners.
Assist in coordinating projects, including research, data compilation, and material preparation.
Address routine inquiries and issues from staff or clients; escalate complex matters when necessary.
Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned, including running errands and providing general administrative support.
Negotiate contracts, agreements, and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors/service providers.
Monitor contract compliance and initiate contract renewals or amendments as needed.
Identify and evaluate potential vendor and service providers.
Assist in the timely processing of payments in coordination with the finance department.
Identify and report any performance issues, discrepancies, or opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess performance and financial data.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
