Take charge of our commissary department and ensure every product reflects our commitment to excellence and care.

What You'll Do:
  • See Ahead: Manage production planning and anticipate raw material needs for smooth daily operations.
  • Be Intentional: Implement strict Quality Control (QC) systems, including pre-dispatch line checks, to maintain consistent product quality.
  • Maaruga: Ensure safety, cleanliness, and care across all commissary processes — from preparation to dispatch.
  • Lifelong Learner: Conduct regular food costing reviews and analyze consumption/spoilage data to improve efficiency.
  • Effective Communicator: Coordinate clearly with outlets regarding deliveries, orders, and product specifications.
  • Handle key documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements with accuracy.

  • Proven experience in a commissary, central kitchen, or food production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control, food costing, and inventory management.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
