Location: Binondo, Manila

What You'll Do:

  • Manage production planning and raw material ordering/receiving.
  • Implement strict Quality Control (QC), including pre-dispatch line checks.
  • Conduct food costing and monitor consumption/spoilage for cost efficiency.
  • Coordinate with outlets on deliveries, orders, and product specifications.
  • Handle crucial documentation and reporting.

We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a commissary, central kitchen, or food production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Control, Costing, and Inventory Control.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
