We are looking for a Commissary and Fulfillment Officer to join our growing team. This role ensures smooth commissary operations and timely fulfillment of orders for delivery platforms (Grab Food, Food panda, etc.) as well as bulk customers. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about food operations, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily commissary operations, including food preparation, storage, and quality control.

  • Monitor incoming GrabFood/Foodpanda orders and ensure accurate, timely packing and dispatch.

  • Track and coordinate with riders/couriers for efficient deliveries.

  • Maintain inventory of raw materials, finished products, and packaging supplies.

  • Generate daily and weekly reports on order volume and commissary performance.

  • Collaborate with commissary staff and customer service to resolve issues quickly.

  • Recommend process improvements to streamline operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Logistics, or related field (preferred but not required).

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in commissary, food service, logistics, or fulfillment.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Basic knowledge of food safety and handling is a plus.

  • Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace; experience with POS/order platforms is an advantage.

  • Willing to work on-site and flexible hours when needed.
