We're adding more members to our team To handle mainly our cafe (Elsewhere Cafe & Somewhere Cafe), as well as our photo and artist market (Concepts Fotoautomat & Sonata's).

Marketing Officers (2 Full-Time Positions)

We're looking for organized and proactive individuals to help grow our brand presence, strengthen customer relationships, and bring creative campaigns to life.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies tailored to each brand
  • Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook (posts, stories, reels)
  • Plan and execute store and online promos, seasonal campaigns, and collaborations
  • Respond to customer inquiries and client messages on social media and email
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across platforms
  • Help design and manage branding, positioning, and pricing strategies
  • Coordinate with operations teams, artists, influencers, and content creators
  • Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking
  • Reach out to potential clients and handle event inquiries from start to execution
  • Assist in organizing and executing in-store events, pop-ups, trade fairs, and brand activations
  • Monitor analytics and report on content or campaign performance
  • Provide admin support—organize marketing files, update calendars, and coordinate schedules
  • Occasionally travel to branches and event venues within Metro Manila and nearby provinces

Requirements:

  • Graduate of BS Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or brand management preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both online and offline
  • Willing to learn and be trained in tools and workflows we use
  • Capable of working under minimal supervision
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Problem-solver with initiative and leadership potential
  • Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, CapCut, or similar tools
  • Bonus if experienced in handling multiple brands or creative businesses.
