Retail Marketing & Content Creation:

  • Run Social media pages (Instagram, TikTok, Linked In). Ensuring the community are engaged, responded to and through using a wide variety of engaging marketing content, enhance the brand visibility. Growing Kings membership numbers and merchandise revenue.
  • Experience working with gym/fitness centres clients is highly preferred
  • Promote content across online and offline channels.
  • Work alongside relevant colleagues to review, strategize and execute the marketing plan.
  • Be responsible for initiatives, ideas and achieving targets for new lead generation (digital e-mails, mailouts, campaigns).
  • Campaign and database management using CRM / Aggregator to ensure all data is maintained and consistent with the business objective of effective lead management
  • Previous experience with CRM and database management systems is preferred.
  • Develop lead-generating campaigns able to reach new potential customers as well as maintaining existing customers loyalty and interest across brands
  • Design engaging visual content for posters, leaflets, flyers, social media, and other promotional materials, ensuring consistency with brand identity.

Store / Site Openings:

  • Support the launch of new stores / sites with tailored marketing strategies and events that drive awareness and customer visits to new locations, ensuring successful store openings.
  • Leverage local marketing channels and community partnerships to promote new store openings, building excitement and engagement with the brand in new regions.

Seasonal Marketing:

  • Lead the delivery of seasonal marketing campaigns across all product categories strategy, budgeting, and tactical execution to ensure cohesive and effective messaging across all stores.
  • Champion the customer experience by ensuring marketing content is targeted, timely, and relevant to our core audiences, enhancing customer engagement and driving store traffic.

Brand Guardian:

  • To ensure new products are promoted across all relevant channels
  • Ensure all retail and other channels promotional material, PR and other communication is in line with brand guidelines.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Creative with experience in brand development
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design work across both print (posters, leaflets) and digital (social media graphics, web assets).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral
  • Demonstrate initiative and innovation
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently and within teams
  • Highly organized with good attention to detail
  • Experience of managing projects from concept to completion
  • Operates effectively in a fast paced environment, able to adapt to change and redefine goals where necessary
  • Commercially aware, with good numerical and IT skills
  • Ability to effectively manage a number of projects simultaneously
  • Good creative understanding, with experience of brand development
