Job Summary

We're seeking a creative and seasoned Social Media Account Manager with 5+ years of professional experience, proficient in managing Instagram, Facebook, TikTok/X accounts. Responsible for end-to-end daily social media account operation, in-depth audience engagement, high-performance campaign execution, and driving sustainable brand growth through account management. Requires fluent English (advanced preferred), strong ability to connect with target market, and rich hands-on experience in core social media account operations such as strategic planning, content script development, and creative ideation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Create, polish, and publish high-quality content (text, images, short videos) for assigned social media accounts; independently develop content scripts, design creative frameworks, and optimize content appeal based on audience preferences to enhance account vitality.
  2. Schedule account posts scientifically, track multi-dimensional account performance (likes, comments, shares, conversion rates) via analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights), and formulate data-driven content and account optimization strategies.
  3. Respond to account comments/messages promptly and professionally, build long-term, high-stickiness relationships with followers, and handle potential audience feedback or public opinion issues related to the account.
  4. Lead or core support account-related campaign planning and execution (e.g., product launches, promotions, cross-platform collaborations), and track campaign ROI to maximize account value.
  5. Monitor industry and platform trends proactively, conduct competitive account analysis regularly, and submit comprehensive weekly/monthly account performance reports with actionable insights.

Qualifications

  1. 5+ years of hands-on, professional experience in Instagram and Facebook account management (TikTok/X account management experience is a strong plus).
  2. Fluent in written and spoken English (advanced level preferred, with experience in creating content for global or local English-speaking audiences for social media accounts).
  3. Proficient in account content creation (skilled in tools like Canva, with basic video editing ability preferred), expert in script planning, and capable of writing captions that deeply resonate with local audiences to boost account interaction.
  4. Familiar with using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics) to conduct in-depth account performance analysis and guide account operational decisions.
  5. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong independent work ability and team collaboration skills; able to take charge of social media account operational tasks and handle multiple account projects simultaneously.
