We're looking for a Social Media Manager who can grow our online presence, attract qualified leads organically, and build an engaged community around our brand. This role is perfect for a creative and data-driven marketer who knows how to turn content into conversations and followers into fans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute organic social media strategies that drive inbound leads and build brand awareness.
  • Content Creation: Plan, create, and schedule high-quality posts (graphics, videos, reels, stories) across all major platforms.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor comments, messages, and tags daily, responding promptly and authentically to build relationships with followers.
  • Growth & Analytics: Track metrics such as follower growth, engagement rate, reach, and lead conversions, and adjust strategies based on data insights.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all social content aligns with brand tone, visuals, and messaging.
  • Trendspotting: Stay on top of industry and platform trends, adapting content to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Paid Campaign Manager, marketing, design, and operations teams to support campaigns, product launches, and lead generation efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
  • Strong understanding of organic growth strategies (no paid ads).
  • Excellent copywriting, visual storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling platforms (Later, Buffer, or similar).
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance data.
  • Creative, proactive, and up-to-date with current social media best practices.
