Senior Executive Virtual Assistant with Social Media Management Experience

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Senior Executive Virtual Assistant who can take charge of administrative operations while managing social media presence. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented multitasker with at least 5 years of Executive Admin and Social Media Management experience.
In this role, you'll help streamline operations, manage communications, organize systems, and assist in running online trainings and events. You'll also collaborate with a marketing expert to elevate brand visibility and engagement across social platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
- Manage and organize multiple email inboxes (Apple Mail/Mac system familiarity is a plus).
- Respond to emails promptly and professionally.
- Handle calendar management, meeting coordination, and appointment follow-ups.
- Set up and maintain Calendly for scheduling.
Training & Event Coordination
- Support the preparation and execution of online trainings and events.
- Prepare materials, manage back-end systems, follow up with participants, and assist with slide creation.
- Anticipate needs and ensure smooth event operations.
Social Media Management
- Develop and suggest strategies to enhance online presence and brand awareness.
- Coordinate with the marketing expert to plan and execute social media campaigns.
- Manage and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Administrative Virtual Assistant
- 3–5 years of experience in Social Media Management
- Highly organized, proactive, and strategic thinker
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to think ahead, manage multiple priorities, and take initiative
