Role Overview:
We're seeking a dynamic Customer Sales Representative who excels at converting inbound and outbound calls into scheduled tutorial appointments. If you thrive on building rapport, understanding client needs, and delivering clear, compelling communication—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming inquiries and outbound follow-ups via phone, email, and chat
  • Convert leads into confirmed tutorial appointments through persuasive and empathetic communication
  • Understand and articulate our tutoring services to match client needs
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in CRM tools
  • Collaborate with the scheduling and instructional teams to ensure smooth onboarding

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer service (1–2 years preferred)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build trust quickly and guide conversations toward conversion
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and call management tools
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
