Foundation Health is seeking a motivated and empathetic Part-Time Remote Inbound Sales Representative to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring patients understand and access the full range of services offered by our medical clinic. The ideal candidate will have clinical knowledge, excellent communication and sales skills, speak English exceptionally, a compassionate demeanour, and the flexibility to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inbound Patient Calls: Conduct scheduled calls with existing Foundation Health patients who have been booked for a follow-up or pre-screening discussion.
  • Health Pre-Screening: Utilize clinical judgment alongside a provided script and questionnaire to accurately pre-screen patients for health conditions and identify their specific needs and concerns.
  • Service Education: Clearly and effectively explain the variety of medical services, programs, and supplementary care options available through Foundation Health, ensuring the patient fully understands the benefits and relevance to their health status.
  • Needs Assessment: Act as a liaison, documenting patient needs and directing them to the appropriate clinician or administrative resource for next steps.
  • System Documentation: Accurately log all call details, patient information, pre-screening results, and service recommendations into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM)[AC1] system, schedule appointments in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
  • Sales/Enrollment:
    Gently guide patients through the enrollment process for relevant programs or services based on the pre-screening results, meeting agreed-upon targets.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Clinical Background (MANDATORY): A background in healthcare or nursing
    (e.g., Physician, Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Medical Assistant, Physiotherapist, Psychologist, or equivalent clinical experience) is required to ensure accurate patient pre-screening and service education.
  • Experience:
    Proven experience in an inbound sales, customer service, or patient-facing role, preferably within the healthcare or wellness industries.
  • Communication:
    Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with a compassionate and professional phone manner.
  • Use of Technology: Strong computer skills and with the ability to quickly learn and use multiple web-based platforms (Microsoft Office Suite, CMR, EMR, etc).
  • Scheduling:
    Must be available to work Part-Time hours aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
  • Technical Setup: Reliable high-speed internet connection, a quiet and professional remote workspace, and necessary computer equipment.
  • Empathy:
    High degree of empathy and discretion when discussing sensitive health information.
  • Goal-Oriented:
    Ability to manage a pipeline of calls and meet targets for service enrollment.
