About the Role:We're looking for empathetic, high-performing Inbound Sales Representatives — the first voice families hear when they reach out. This is a remote inbound sales role: no cold calls, no pushy tactics. Just real conversations that help people during an important moment in their lives.
You'll manage warm, inbound leads from first contact to close, guiding families with clarity, care, and confidence. Every call is a chance to make life a little easier, and every interaction reflects our promise of unmatched hospitality.

What You'll Do:Answer inbound calls from families seeking information and support.
Guide conversations from first call to close, using Meadow's consultative playbook.
Provide thoughtful, empathetic guidance on cremation, preplanning, and memorial options.
Follow up consistently by phone, text, and email to ensure families feel supported.
Hit or exceed a 50% close rate through trust-driven, value-led conversations.
Manage your pipeline independently — never miss a follow-up, always act with agency.
Navigate a multi-tool modern workflow with ease: HubSpot, Aircall, GSuite, Slack, and our internal case management system.
Success comes from establishing trust quickly and guiding conversations with both expertise and empathy. Those who master the human connection consistently outperform those who just follow the playbook.
Requirements & Qualifications:2+ years of experience in sales, preferably to US consumers (B2C).
Fluency in written and spoken English (Spanish is a strong plus).
A self-driven natural seller who's motivated by hitting goals and creating value for both people and performance.
Confident and empathetic communicator who enjoys helping others, especially over the phone.
Able to explain things clearly, speak with care, and listen with intention.
Emotionally steady, highly coachable, and effective working independently.
Motivated by meaningful work as much as by metrics.
Remote, full-time
Tools: HubSpot (CRM), Aircall (phone), Slack, and our case management system
Shift: Full-time (8 hours, consistent schedule)
Days: Thursday–Monday
Hours: US night shift (Philippines day shift), starting between 8:00–10:00 PM ET
