Reports to: IPP Client and Manager

We're hiring experienced Inbound Travel Sales Agents to handle calls, chats, and emails for a fast-growing travel client. You'll use Amadeus or another GDS to build itineraries, quote competitive fares, convert inquiries to bookings, and deliver a premium customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound sales calls/chats/emails; qualify needs and close bookings (air/hotel/cars/tours/packages).
  • Build and price itineraries in Amadeus/GDS (create/modify PNRs, SSRs/OSIs, seat selection, ancillaries).
  • Process ticketing, reissues/revalidations, refunds/EMDs, and manage queues accurately and on time.
  • Cross-sell/upsell (bags, seats, lounge, hotels, insurance) and meet conversion, AHT, CSAT, QA, and revenue targets.
  • Advise on fare rules, baggage, schedule changes, LCC/NDC content, and alternative routing to save customers money/time.
  • Follow payment and data-security protocols (PCI-DSS), and company/airline BSP/ARC procedures.
  • Document every interaction in the CRM; collaborate with support/ops for escalations and schedule changes/IRROPS.
  • Stay current on supplier promos, airline policies, and destination entry/visa requirements.

What You'll Bring (Must-Have)

  • 1–2+ years in travel sales or reservations within a call center or OTA/TMC.
  • Hands-on GDS expertise (preferably Amadeus; Sabre/Galileo/Worldspan also considered).
  • Proven sales results (conversion/attach rate/upsell) and strong closing skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Experience with ticketing, exchanges, refunds, EMDs, and fare rules.
  • Clear spoken/written English; confident on the phone; professional call control.
  • Comfortable with rotating shifts (24/7 coverage), weekends, and public holidays.
  • PC literacy: CRM, omnichannel platforms, MS Office/Google Workspace; 40+ WPM typing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
