About the role

Gigatyre Corporation is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in our Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental location. As the Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales strategy and achieving ambitious revenue targets for our organisation. What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
  2. Managing and motivating a team of sales professionals to deliver outstanding results
  3. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including negotiating and closing deals
  4. Analysing sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  5. Providing coaching and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  7. Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably within the Sales industry
  2. Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
  3. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  6. Familiarity with the Management industry and its competitive landscape
  7. Proficiency in using sales and CRM software
