Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Cagayan De Oro City. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team, conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, and building and maintaining client relationships. Additionally, the Sales Manager will be expected to track sales performance, prepare reports, and collaborate with other departments to achieve the hotel's business objectives.

  • Experience in developing sales strategies and conducting market research
  • Strong negotiation, client relationship building, and customer service skills
  • Team management and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in preparing sales reports and tracking performance
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
