We are seeking a Sales Manager who will lead our Sales Team and drive the company-wide sales initiatives that fuel expansion, profitability, and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Supervise, coach, and motivate the Field Sales Team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, territory planning, and sales pipeline assessments.
  • Establish clear KPIs for both individual and team performance (e.g., new accounts, conversion rates, repeat clients).
  • Foster a results-oriented culture emphasizing accountability and teamwork.

2. Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement company-wide sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee lead generation, client engagement, and conversion processes across departments.
  • Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and B2B expansion strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and production heads to ensure alignment of campaigns and capacity with sales forecasts.

3. Client & Market Development

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and corporate partners.
  • Represent CardMasters in client presentations, trade shows, and strategic negotiations.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

4. Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports.
  • Work closely with Accounting and HR on incentive programs and commission tracking.
  • Coordinate with the COO for company-wide targets, pricing strategy, and pipeline forecasting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in printing, manufacturing, or B2B industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate sales insights into action plans.
  • Willing to travel and conduct client visits as part of field supervision.
