Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration major in Marketing or any business-related course
  • MBA degree is an advantage
  • At least Five (5) years relevant sales experience on the following products and solutions:

o    Security (Access Control, CCTV, Alarms, Electric Fence)

o    Safety (Fire Alarm System, Public Address /Evacuation System, Uninterrupted Power Supply)

o    Connectivity (Structured Cabling, Access Points, Point to Point Connectivity, Voice Solution, Network Switches, Storage and Servers)

o    Point of Sales (POS)/Electronic Cash Register (ECR)

o    Office Machines (Biometric Device, Projector

  • Proven track record of positive sales performance, creating sales forecasts, identifying new areas of growth and accurately analyzing sales performance data
  • Highly analytical and creative in the creation and implementation of sales plan
  • Comprehensive understanding of the company's services and its position in the market
  • Effective leadership and coaching skills
  • Efficiently multitasks, priorities, delegates and manages time
