JOB SUMMARY:

Under the direct supervision of the Sales Area Head and Sales & Marketing Manager, supports the Sales and Marketing Department in ensuring the smooth and efficient conduct of all operations within the Department through the regular monitoring and review of all marketing and business development activities of the EHLSC. The Sales and Marketing Officer is also expected to provide assistance to the Manager, and in the preparation of reports for the General Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the Sales Supervisor and Sales & Marketing Manager in the preparation of the reports and presentations.
  • Ensures the development of new clientele in accordance with the targeted business growth of the EHLSC.
  • Develops and acquires new clients in the area of responsibility through client calls and distribution of EHLSC marketing items such as brochures and flyers.
  • Maintains excellent relations with existing clientele in designated area of responsibility through:
  • Ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of EHLSC services to clients
  • Identifying, resolving and documenting issues which may arise between the client and the EHLSC.
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction in the face of changing client demand and competition.
  • Ensuring that interactions with clients are done with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Informs the Sales Supervisor and Sales & Marketing Manager of client complaints and issues.
  • Ensures that any issues which may arise with clients are addressed promptly and effectively with appropriate documentation and a resolution report outlining all steps taken to resolve the issues.
  • Ensures the effective and timely collection of samples from and delivery of accomplished reports to clients.
  • Guarantees the timely and efficient collection of payments from clients for services rendered in designated areas of responsibility.
  • Prepares necessary documentation and reports for each client under her/his designated area.
  • Strictly adheres to the company guidelines on the code of conduct and behavior and reinforce said guidelines on laboratory personnel.
  • Perform other duties related to marketing and customer service and other functions as may be required from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or equivalent.
  • With work experience as Sales Officer, Sales and Makreting, or in a similar industry.
  • Good customer service skills and communication skills.
  • Preferably with a motorcycle.
