Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in coaching, facilitation, or instructional design are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and facilitating leadership, behavioral, or technical training programs.
  • Hands-on experience with Learning Management System (e.g., SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Moodle).
  • Experience in managing Subject Matter Expert (SME) partnerships or developing academies is an advantage.

  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management capability.
  • Creative, analytical, and data-driven mindset with attention to learner experience.
  • Proficient in digital learning tools, LMS platforms, and the MS Office suite.
  • High initiative, collaboration, and continuous learning orientation.

Responsibilities:

  1. Development Needs Assessment

  2. Conduct development needs assessment and analysis across functions and levels.

  3. Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to identify skill gaps and development priorities.
  4. Translate business strategies into structured learning plans and talent initiatives.

  5. Program Design and Delivery

  6. Design and facilitate leadership and behavioral programs that strengthen organizational competencies.

  7. Develop blended learning solutions (classroom, virtual, e-learning) using adult learning principles and modern learning design.
  8. Create impactful learning materials, tools, and resources that enhance participant engagement and retention.

  9. Talent & Leadership Development

  10. Support flagship programs such as High Potential (HiPo) tracks, Leadership Development Journeys, and Manager Enablement Programs.

  11. Design and implement mentoring and coaching programs, including mentor–mentee pairing, progress tracking, and program evaluation.
  12. Partner with internal and external coaches to deliver development experiences that drive growth and readiness.

  13. Learning Academies & Technical Capability

  14. Collaborate with business units and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to establish and manage Technical Academies.

  15. Curate and design learning paths, certification frameworks, and skill progression models.
  16. Monitor program impact and ensure consistent learning quality across functions.

  17. Learning Management System (LMS) Administration

  18. Manage the company's LMS, ensuring seamless deployment of courses, tracking, and reporting.

  19. Maintain learning content, track completions, and generate dashboards on participation and effectiveness.
  20. Promote digital learning adoption and ensure an engaging learner experience.

  21. Evaluation & Continuous Improvement

  22. Implement learning evaluation frameworks (Kirkpatrick or equivalent) to measure effectiveness and ROI.

  23. Gather and analyze feedback to enhance content, delivery, and learner experience.
  24. Regularly review learning impact on performance, engagement, and talent readiness metrics.

  25. Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  26. Partner with internal stakeholders, SMEs, and external providers to deliver high-quality learning solutions.

  27. Manage communications, logistics, and contracts related to training and development initiatives.
  28. Support the annual learning calendar and ensure alignment with HR and business priorities.
