Job Summary:
Responsible for the supervision of all human resource activities on Recruitment and Training & Development. This function will be in charge of branding, academe and industry linkage, sourcing of talent pool, screening and selection process, talent assessment, training framework and design, training digitalization & delivery, onboarding, career pathing, succession, technical skills and global assignments.

Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment

  • Leads end-to-end recruitment for Professional Technical Level and Managerial roles to ensure top talent acquisition for critical positions.
  • Develops and implements effective sourcing, screening, and selection strategies to ensure a robust talent pool.
  • Enhances employer branding through social media campaigns, partnerships with academic institutions, and industry linkages to create a pipeline of future talent.

Training and Development

  • Designs, delivers, and evaluates training programs to support employee development, technical skills enhancement, and ROI on learning initiatives.
  • Drives digitalization of training frameworks for scalable and modern learning experiences. Supports career development through initiatives such as onboarding programs, career pathing, and succession planning to ensure talent readiness.

Data Analytics and Reporting

  • Tracks and reports on key metrics for recruitment, training, and development to inform data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Prepares and submits detailed analytics reports for leadership review, focusing on talent pipeline and training program performance.
  • Utilizes insights to refine strategies and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by management, contributing to departmental and organizational success.

Job Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of 
    Psychology

    Behavioral Science

    Human Resource Management
    , or a related discipline.
  • Possesses 
    4 to 8 years of supervisory experience
     in 
    Training & Development
     and/or 
    Recruitment & Staffing
     preferably in Manufacturing set up
  • Demonstrates strong capabilities in 
    team development
     and 
    HR talent building
    .
  • Proficient in key HR functions such as 
    staffing

    talent acquisition
    , and 
    learning & development
    .
  • Exhibits leadership competencies including 
    delegation

    coaching

    mentoring

    counseling
    , and 
    decision-making
    .
  • Shows excellent 
    organizational
     and 
    time management
     skills.
  • Communicates effectively with strong 
    oral and written communication skills
     and fluency in English.
  • Has working knowledge of 
    Microsoft Office applications
     (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Capable of designing and delivering impactful training programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Willing to be assigned in Malvar, Batangas
